After 3 months = $150 with 30 days notice
After 4 months = $100 with 30 days notice
After 5 months = $50 with 30 days notice


Cancelation Fee for 3 months commitment (475/month)

After 1 month = $100 with 30 days notice
After 2 months = $50 with 30 days notice
